Intercoiffure Australia is a national affiliate of Intercoiffure Mondial and is operated from Perth, Western Australia. All services, events, and programs offered through this website are governed by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You must not use the site for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

4. Education, Events & Services
Event schedules, speaker line-ups, course content, or locations may change without notice.
Registrations are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise specified.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Where applicable, Intercoiffure Australia will comply with all rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or does not meet its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
This guarantee does not limit your rights under Australian law.

6. Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, no specific warranty is offered beyond those required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where goods or services include a manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty, details will be provided at the time of supply.

7. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Law)
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Payments
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before delivery of goods or commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment methods accepted are listed at checkout or in event registration materials.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Intercoiffure Australia excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:
  • participation in events or educational programs;
  • use of or reliance on any information provided on this site;
  • temporary interruptions or errors in website availability.
Attendees at Intercoiffure Australia events participate at their own risk. Appropriate professional and public liability insurance is maintained by the association for official functions.
