Education for Life is our global social responsibility program, providing free hairdressing training to underprivileged and at-risk youth. It helps young people break free from poverty, crime, and exploitation by offering them professional skills, confidence, and the chance to build independent lives.

Membership is available exclusively by invitation, either through referral by a current member or by being recognised as a standout salon in the industry. Exceptional salons identified as tastemakers may also be scouted and invited directly by our Membership Committee.
